Clear Facility Services cleans K-12 buildings and university campuses across the Twin Cities metro. Crews work to the ISSA Clean Standard, follow school-specific protocols, and schedule around bell times, athletics and summer break.

How We Measure the Work

We audit the building, pinpoint the high-touch surfaces that move illness fastest, and run ATP testing to put a number on how clean a surface actually is. When a result comes back short, we retrain the crew, adjust the frequency and retest rather than moving on.
